First, before emailing us PLEASE check to see if you ordered any PRE-ORDER items. Look under the description of the item you ordered on our website. It will give you the estimated ship date. Coupon Code Wasn't Entered?
If the code did not take when you ordered, just email us at email@example.com and give us the coupon code and we will refund you for that code. Please allow 72 hours for the refund to process. You can only use one code per transaction. Once a coupon code has been used, we cannot apply additional code discount. Our customer service hours are 9-5 CST Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
Ordered Wrong Version of Tee Singular/Plural?
We cannot add or change the style of a tee from singular to plural once you have ordered. If you have ordered the wrong version, EMAIL US AT firstname.lastname@example.org and ask us TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER (PLEASE GIVE YOUR ORDER#)and we will cancel it and you can go in and re-order the correct version of the style you meant to order.
