Boymom Frequently Asked Questions

1. Order Status - If you checked out as a guest, you cannot check your order status.   Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking. 

2. Sizing - definitely check our size charts that are in the images of each product, our sizing charts are very accurate - so measure yourself please.

3. License Plate Removal -  to remove the free license plate, please make this request in the notes when making this order.

4. Shipping is High - Our discounts are really high so we have to charge something for shipping and handling, we also have a Amazon Prime Store that has free shipping if you are a prime member - http://amzn.to/2gG4gTi

5. Order Not Going Thru -Please hit refresh on your browser and try again or call us at 469/779-7416 M-F 9am-5PM CST to place your order over the phone. 

6. Larger Sizes - This is all of our extended sized items we have currently.  http://bit.ly/2muDCTj 

7. Preorder Items - A preorder item is not available for immediate shipment, please look at the estimated ship date in the description of each product so you will know when it will ship.  Once all items in your order are in stock, your order will ship.

8. Discount Didn't Take - We will be happy to refund you the difference, please email us at help@boymomdesigns.com with your order number.

9. Searching - If you are looking for a particular product, please type the name of the product into the search field (top right box) and it will come up thanks!
